CLOTHING: AV Black clothing is required for performances. A Black shirt with a collar, Black Pants, a Belt, Black Socks, and Black Shoes. Shorts and short sleeves may be appropriate depending on show position.
Work Calls, including Load In and Load Out, do not have specific requirements.

PARKING:  On street, Bartle Hall South Parking, and nearby paid lots.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: YES; Bus and Light Rail within two blocks.

WHERE TO CHECK IN: The Loading Dock door is accessible from across the street from the Crown Plaza Hotel. Push the button, identify your name, the show name, and that you are with Local 31. Proceed down the ramp. Just past the stairs is a bank of elevators to take to the stage level. Proceed past the elevators for the Arena.
